It will depend on the combined weight of your Canon EOS 5D Mark IV DSLR Camera (Body Only), which weighs 1.76 lb (800 g), and the lens you will be using on the camera body. I would recommend purchasing a ball head adapter such as the Impact LS-BHA Baby Ball Head Adapter, B&H # IMLSBHA, along with a ball head such as the Ulanzi U-80L Side Cold Shoe Mount Ball Head with Arca-Type Quick Release, B&H # ULU80L.

The Manfrotto 098B Wall Mounting Boom Arm, Black - 47.2-82.6" (1.2-2.1m) BH #MA098B does not come with mounting hardware. You will need to get the right form of bolts or anchors depending on the wall you will mount it to.
