I have a in-ground pool which has several coats of GEL COAT . I'm trying to find a product that I can apply on top of the gel coat to paint like new. I want to paint the pool which already has several coats of gel coat. What will adhere???
Being that water can be used as a thinner for this paint, it would not be recommended for your application.

I would not. Your pool is outside?. This is a highly pigmented paint used for indoors so it will not hold up to uv light. Also it will not stick to the gel coat?

will this work on concrete floors?
This paint was put on both the walls and floor of an office that is used as a studio. After 3 months, the paint is still performing to the Tenant's satisfaction. So in short, yes. However, I don't think it would be appropriate for a place of high traffic.
