Realis SX7 Multimedia Projector Overview

The Canon Realis SX7 Multimedia Projector combines the brilliance and sharpness of LCOS (Liquid Crystal On Silicon) technology with Canon's proprietary AISYS light engine technology. The result is exceptional image quality.

At 4000 ANSI lumens it is ideal for demanding users such as graphic designers, publishers and photographers because the SX7 gives a wide range of Adobe RGB color space. This exceptional projector features advanced AISYS technology - with improved light efficiency, uniformity, and expanded color space for outstanding color reproduction.

The Realis SX7 also boasts a wide variety of features that make it versatile and easy-to-use. Its 1.7x ultra-wide powered zoom lens with auto focus gives you the ability to project large images from a short distance. The DVI-I terminal lets you project high quality video from satellite and digital cable boxes, as well as DVD players.

LCOS Reflective LCD Panel
LCOS technology gives you brilliance and image sharpness in an ultra-portable and affordable projector. It's the right choice for displaying bright, big-screen images without darkening the conference room or classroom.
AISYS Optical Light Engine
LCOS technology combined with Canon's patented AISYS optical light engine achieves improved light efficiency, uniformity and expanded color space. AISYS has three components: the illumination system, the color separation and combination system and the LCOS panels. AISYS technology achieves the right balance of contrast, brightness in a compact size to maximize performance.
Adobe RGB Color Match System
A special RGB color filter on the projector enables virtually accurate Adobe RGB color as well as sRGB, which is ideal for professional photography, design, publishing and printing.
Image Modes
Select the image mode to suit the characteristics of the content. Images modes include: Standard, Presentation, Movie and photo, sRGB and Adobe RGB.
Auto Screen Color Correction
The projector automatically compensates for the color of the projection surface.
Silent Projector
Don't let fan noise get in the way of your classroom lesson or home movie experience. In Silent Mode, this projector whispers along at a quiet 35 dB.
