    Bower SFDRL71 reviews

SFD-RL71 Large Digital LED Ring Light is rated 3.5 out of 5 by 4.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Softer than a Ring Flash Coupled with my f/2.8 Canon, this LED based Light Ring allows me to capture macros without the harsh light that ring flash units can produce. It is not a replacement for a proper ring flash, it is a tool to use when the ring flash is too much. Although the power cord can get in the way, it is convenient so that I am not burning through batteries.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A useful macro accessory The large model ring light appears to share its electronics with the smaller version; however, the ac-dc-off switch on the larger light has a much more solid feel and the charging circuit has proved very reliable. The effective throw of this light is under 10 inches, so take this working distance into account when adding this accessory to your kit.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works well to 16 inches Medial Photography. works well for Skin Lesions .. I use a Nikon D80 & 18-200 VR with a +2 closeup. Doees not wok well down a hole .. such as a pap smear speculum.
