The Elmo 2622-2 is a camera head for use with an SUV-Cam Professional recorder unit. In keeping with an SUV-Cam system's intended use in industrial and sports applications, this ultra compact camera features a durable metal cylindrical casing able to withstand a high degree of movement and shock. The camera is also waterproof and can be submersed in water at depths of up to 132' (40 m). Another important feature of this camera is its stable focusing mechanism, designed to keep the lens from de-focusing under most operating conditions.
Included with the camera is a 3.8mm lens that can be swapped for an optional 8mm (2616-1), 2.8mm (2618) or 6mm (2616) lens. Also available is a helmet mount for the camera (2617).

Waterproof Micro CCD Camera
Not only is the camera ultra compact but it is also built of a tough metal waterproof material, able to withstand water pressure at depths up to 132' (40m). Pleasure divers and career marine biologists alike will appreciate the opportunity it presents for recording the wondrous sights and sounds under the sea. Users should note however that the recorder part of this system cannot be immersed in water.
Stable Focusing Ring
The focusing ring on this camera was designed in such a way so that it won't become de-focused under most operating conditions. However, the manufacturer doesn't guarantee that the camera will remain focused in certain extreme circumstances.
