The Domke F-9 Small Canvas Shoulder Bag (Black) is a cotton canvas bag with interior padding made to carry a small digital or film SLR camera kit with accessories and a point and shoot camera, cell phone, PDA or MP3 player. The bag can be customized by using the included removable, padded divider. There is a large exterior front zippered pocket and an upside-down zipper pouch inside the weather flap. The bag is carried by a top handle or an attached, adjustable Gripper Strap that runs completely around the bag.

Is it possible to attach a side-pocket-pouch from from my New Generation Crosstown Courier Bag to one side of this F-9 bag in order to hold an exposure meter for quick access, even when the F-9's main flap is closed? (The other pouches from Domke are far too big.) The pouch should also be easily removable for reattachment to the courier bag.
Sorry, we do not see that being possible.

The internal dimensions are about 7 in length x 7 depth x 3.5 wide. Currently, I am carrying a Sony A6000 + Sigma 30mm + Sigma 19mm. I usually carry a Fuji X100T with a small point & shoot. It can probably carry a small DSLR + zoom.

Domke camera bags are still made in the USA, but they may include some components of foreign origin. Virtually all other brands of camera bags are manufactured in the Far East.

Will Nikon d750 with 24-120 zoom fit?
No. This is a fairly small bag. I can squeeze my Nikon DF in it with a short lens, but it's not the right bag for it. I use mine for a much smaller Sony camera. You might want to try the Domke F-10 Medium, or something larger.
