Letus35 LTSONYEX1 Overview

The Letus35 SONYEX1 is an optimization kit designed specifically for the Sony PMW-EX1. The kit comes equipped with a achromatic lens using a 77mm thread ring. The lens acts as a replacement for the stock achromat. The result is higher edge-to-edge detail and in better overall image quality.

Note:
You must have the Letus Extreme with a removable rear achromat for this kit to function properly.

Total Improvment, Costs a bit much

I use this with my Letus Extreme EX1 combo. And I final bought it when working on a short and noticed the actors on the right side of frame were soft, and I had to have the director reposition actors to avoid it. Now I don't have that problem and I can get the compositions I want without compromise. The almost 350 price tag is alittle rough for a small piece of glass and threaded mount but the letus extreme functions better.
