The Novoflex Automatic Bellows is a combination bellows unit and macro focusing rail, and allows for open-aperture metering by using connections which will close the diaphragm only at the moment of exposure. And in addition, this version made for the Minolta AF systems will also retain aperture control.
Using bellows is the classic and proven path to macro and micro photography. It allows for continuous adjustment of the magnification ratio, which is very useful for extreme manual focus close-up photography.
The Automatic Bellows can be used with Novoflex's own lenses or the lenses of the camera system manufacturer
