Will this adapter allow an OM Lens to sync with the Leica Rangfinder? I.e., an old G. Zuiko 50mm 1.4 on an M3. Or will I have to zone focus ?
No, there are no mechanical links on the adaptor for the rangefinder mechanism. I originally bought the adapter for use on the Leica mount module of the Ricoh GXR. Of course you can focus with an EVF on the Leica M240, which I do.Alan G.
