This Comprehensive XHD X1300 Series HDMI to HDMI Cable is for use with any equipment that supports the HDMI 1.3b specification, and is also backwards-compatible with earlier versions. This Version 1.3b, Category 2 type cable will support lossless output of Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD Master Audio streams for external decoding by AV receivers, such as used on HD DVDs and Blu-ray Discs.
