The Tiffen 58mm Double Fog 3 Filter simulates the effects of natural fog or mist by creating a soft glow around highlights and lowering the overall contrast of the scene. When compared to the standard Fog filter, this filter places greater emphasis on lowering the contrast while maintaining sharpness and minimizing the effects of flare. The 3 density provides a noticeable amount of fog effect and requires no exposure compensation.

Does this fit in the Nisi 100 filter holder?
Does this fit in the Nisi 100 filter holder?
The Nisi 100 filter holder is designed for 2mm thick filters. Tiffen MPTV filters are 4mm thick which allows the filter "effect" to be laminated in between two pieces of glass. This prevents the "effect" from being scratched and also makes the filter more durable. To hold our 4x4 or 4x5.65 MPTV filters you can use the Tiffen Pro100 filter holder.
