The Gitzo GS5370B Series 3-5 Aluminum Quick Release Plate Square B is a 2.2" square plate that features both the 1/4"-20 and the 3/8" camera screws. It is a "B" type plate, and is compatible with G1376M, GH3750QR, and G1576M Off-Center Ballheads, as well as the G1387B & G1385B quick release adapters.

Perfect fit for my G-1376 tripod head that I bought used with a missing plate. Expensive pieces but I couldn't find them anywhere else so I got two while I could.
This is my third order for this product, a Gitzo base plate. On two prior occasions I went to the Gitzo site and requested the item by order number and the wrong base plates arrived. Gitzo did not answer any of my inquiries. After visiting a store and looking at the tripod head a clerk helped me locate the correct base plate and B&H was able to hit a moving target by shipping it to me as I travel. They have done this multiple times, very pleased with B&H.
