The Gitzo GC2240T Traveler Backpack Bag (Black and Gray) is a lightweight, water-resistant neoprene backpack designed primarily to carry a Gitzo series 1 tripod. The bag uses a rubberized abrasion resistant textile that keeps the bag in shape even at maximum load. It has a dedicated tripod compartment 17" (43cm) and a stretchable and padded camera compartment. The main compartment has additional room for a rain jacket, a magazine or other personal belongings. There is a detachable pouch for camera accessories and two stretchable pockets, ideal for mobile phones, smaller accessories and MP3 players. The detachable multi pocket pouch can be attached elsewhere. The adjustable backpack strap includes the special camera loop and two stretchable pockets, ideal for mobile phones, smaller accessories and MP3 players. There is a trolley strap to attach the backpack to a rolling case or luggage.
The Traveler Back Pack features a special neoprene loop that holds the camera on the chest. It relieves the neck of the weight and prevents the annoying and unsafe swinging around of the camera. The backpack strap uses a thermoformed structure that maximizes comfort and ventilation. It offers excellent protection against light rain and bad weather conditions thanks to the closed cell neoprene.
