The P110 from Klein + Hummel is a passive studio monitor speaker that provides professional-quality audio in a compact design. The monitor contains a 5.5" composite sandwich woofer, which eliminates colorations and provides low-distortion bass reproduction. The 1" titanium fabric dome tweeter provides clear, high-output treble reproduction. The acoustic centers of the speaker elements are on the same plane for excellent imaging.
The cabinet is constructed from LRIM (Low Resonance Integral Molding), which minimizes resonant colorations. A pair of bass-reflex ports provides low-compression bass reproduction, while the non-parallel cabinet shape reduces internal standing waves, and the homogeneous front baffle reduces diffraction. The rear panel features Speakon and bare wire terminal inputs, and the speaker is magnetically shielded for safe use near video monitors.
