I placed an order on May 10th, and it's been 20 days since I paid for shipping and the product. It usually arrives without any problems. This time, it supposedly arrived, but DHL had to return it because they couldn't contact B&H when customs requested some information. It's a real shame; they charged me, I don't have the product, and I haven't received a refund. They simply haven't been assisting me. It's been over 15 days since the incident, and I repeat, I still don't have my product and I haven't received any assistance with my refund. I've received terrible service.
Before making this purchase, I looked up inkpress website to get more information regarding an ICC profile. Turns out that for canon printers the standard settings regarding what paper type was good for this roll. I did a test print using a canon pro 200 and it’s amazing. The matte paper given it’s on a roll is very useful. For those who are printing panos, it’s best to cut the desired amount of the roll before printing. I have zero complaints about this paper. I recently ordered the luster paper roll as well. Not a bad price for a roll especially if you’re new to printing panoramas. I’d definitely suggest this paper.
