About the Author: Joaquin ("Kino") Gil is a digital artist and filmmaker whose work dynamically bridges across traditional audiovisual art forms. Production, editing, animation, computer graphics, direction, writing, camera and lights work, design, programming, sound, music, props, costumes

Before setting up his "Kino.digital" production shop in 2001, Kino acted as contributing effects editor to high-end projects like Starship Troopers, Contact, As Good as It Gets and Godzilla and finally he co-directed, edited and composed music for two European TV films based on works from the Swedish playwright Auguste Strindberg: "The Strongest" and "Gaslight".
