The PocketWizard N10-ACC-D200 3' Remote Camera Cable is also compatible with the Plus X and Plus III. The cable connects to the camera's motor drive socket to enable your PocketWizard radio slave set to trigger the camera's shutter remotely. The pre-trigger cable is intended to keep the camera constantly "awake." The pre-trigger switch can be set on or off to save battery energy. Once set on the "awake" mode, the camera will trigger much faster but will also use up more battery power. The cable will not work with the Nikon D700, D800, D800E, or D4 cameras. Use N10-ACC (formerly N90M-ACC-ND) instead.

    I bought this cord to use with a flex to remotely trigger a camera. I wanted to use pocket wizards to trigger the camera so I could still use the TTL functionality of the Pocket Wizard system. The only way we (tech support and I) could get the trigger function to work was to take the flex off of the hotshoe and set them to basic trigger mode. Which means you can't use the flash and trigger mode at the same time.
