Padded, not bulky, water resistant, with pockets and zippers--couldn't be better.

This bag works great for both my 14 and 15 laptops. The PC compartment is nicely padded and very protective. The second full-size zippered pocket is perfect for carrying all the other stuff I haul around like power supply, numeric keypad, mouse, etc. I like the pen and CD pockets too.
