The Pavilion comes with software such as HP's PhotoSmart Essentials to let you organize your digital photos and video clips, and muvee's AutoProducer to let you put home movies and digital photos on DVD. Bringing digital photos into your computer is easy with the built-in 5-in-1 digital media card reader, and you can capture digital video through the FireWire port. You can connect peripheral devices to the computer via the four installed USB 2.0 ports.

The system is powered by a 2GHz AMD Turion 64 X2 Dual-Core Mobile Technology TL-60 CPU and boasts 3GB of RAM, 250GB 5400rpm SATA hard drive capacity, a SuperMulti DVD Burner with LightScribe, an integrated webcam, wireless Ethernet, and a 17" widescreen display powered by nVIDIA GeForce Go 7150M graphics.
