Hitachi CP-X306 2600 Lumens XGA Projector

The Hitachi CP-X306 LCD projector is a great home projector but it really shines in academic and corporate settings. Its 2600 lumen light output, 500:1 contrast ratio and 1024 x 768 4:3 native aspect ratio are ideal for a low cost, general purpose projector.

It can be remotely controlled and maintained via a LAN connection, while Hitachi's proprietary My Image technology allows you to send still images to every projector on the network regardless of whether the projectors are on or what they are currently displaying, which can literally be a life saver in an emergency.

The CP-X306 features Hitachi PJMan software, allowing you to control and monitor multiple projectors via a web browser with no software to download and install. So you can monitor functions such as lamp life on every projector on the network from a single, central location. You can also schedule power on and off times automatically from your web browser.

The CP-X306 features a new hybrid filter, located on the side of the chassis, which allows for 2,000 hours before maintenance, and it's accessible no matter how the projector is mounted. The CP-X306 also offers longer lamp life (3,000 hours in standard mode; 4,000 hours in Whisper Mode) than others in its class.
