This quart of Hypo Wash from Eco Pro is designed to remove excess fixer from fiber-based and resin-coated prints and to reduce water- washing times after the development process.

Eco Pro Hypo Wash is free of metol, hydroquinone, borates, phosphates, non-biodegradable organic compounds, known carcinogens and mutagens. This chemical is a liquid concentrate, and for a working solution, dilute 1:19.

So far so good! Totally worth it to eliminate lengthy washing times for fiber prints. I don't have the time or the space to wash my prints for 30+ minutes after a darkroom session. This really helps.

Short shelf life once mixed

It does its job, but don't mix more than you can use in a week or so, because it seems to grow some sort of mold pretty quickly.

How do I dispose of this product ?

The preferred options for disposal are to send to licensed reclaimers, or to permitted incinerators. Any disposal practice must be in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Do not dump into sewers, ground, or any body of water.
