Designed by
Tivoli CEO Tom DeVesto, and his team of engineers, the
NetWorks with FM Global Audio System aims to bring Internet radio to a level of unparalleled excellence. Starting with a sleek, modern design, DeVesto and company came up with a radio that not only looks good, but has the audio to match. The NetWorks radio broadcasts stations from the world over, in crystal-clear sound via a wireless or Ethernet Internet connection. But as the name suggests, this NetWorks radio also plays the FM dial, so you can keep in touch with your favorite local stations with or without an Internet connection. In addition to playing Internet and local radio stations, the NetWorks Global Audio System also connects to your computer for in-home file sharing, plays audio from portable audio devices connected via the auxiliary input, and plays files from a connected USB driver. Should you want to connect the NetWorks radio to external sources for enhanced audio output you can do that as well. Additionally, the headphone output allows for private listening, making this radio great for personal or public spaces.
The Tivoli NetWorks Global Audio System automatically updates its software when connected to the Internet - making for worry-free, hassle-free maintenance. Other convenience factors include the option to add on to the system. Connect an additional speaker, a subwoofer, CD player... the list goes on. The radio also features multiple language support, with the list of compatible languages growing. This means if you're listening to a station in say, Cuba, you'll hear the broadcast in the native language. And if you plan to use the NetWorks radio in the bedroom, you'll appreciate its dual alarm function. A remote control, onboard controls, audio refinement options, and other features add even more to the NetWorks radio - making it not only user-friendly, but a true audio investment.
