Prints very well on my GP-4000 but it is VERY expensive compared to other scrim that B&H carries

Never use B&H I don't recommen

Can I use this stock on my HP5500 Wide format printer?

Do you have the DesignJet 5500 UV or Dye ink printer? Canon Scrim Banner Vinyl is not designed for UV inks, but will be compatible with your 5500 if it uses dye inks.

Is this media compatible with the canon imageprograf tc-21 pigment ink?

The Canon Scrim Banner Vinyl (24" x 40' Roll) is too thick for use in the Canon TC21 printer. You could use the Canon Adhesive Matte Vinyl (White, 24" x 60' Roll) instead: (BH #CAAMV2460 • MFR #0546V845).
