Defective on arrival. Paid twice for tax + service charges

Front panel right side Pull-out light defective & handle loose on arrival. Quick return to BH for replacement. When replacement unit arrived, need to pay tax + service charges again on the spot. If known ahead, could have taken a refund & bought locally. BH customer service very efficiently not taking exception. Could have been a better shopping experience for a first time BH customer.

I loved the first one I got so much I bought a 2nd one for more equipment in my house. Its a great rack mount. Case is a nice solid metal case. The lights you can turn on and off by pushing the button are led's. There is eight plugs on the back and one in the front. They hold whatever you plug in to them very well. This unit comes with smp tech for better surge protection and it also has under and over voltage protection which cuts power all together to protect your equipment. I was going to go with the Furman PST-8 since it seemed to have the same tech but spotted it didn't have the under-voltage cut off protection like this unit has. At the time they were priced nearly the same to I opted for this one instead.
