The Boston Acoustic BT2 LCR Loudspeaker is designed for installation inside A/V cabinetry or a theater stage and offers performance and installation ease. It's ideal for use as a left, center or right channel in a home theater system or in stereo music applications. This speaker features a VR high-output 1" aluminum dome tweeter, 4.5" neodymium midrange driver, and two 8" neodymium woofers with a die-cast basket for powerful bass.
Each aspect of this speaker has been carefully thought out. Die-cast finger-pulls positioned at the front of each speaker enclosure allow easy installation in tight cabinet spaces, supplied neoprene pads prevent scratching and allow for smooth slide-in positioning of the speaker. All cable input terminals are recessed, and the width of the BT2 speaker is a standard component size of 17.5 inches.
The midrange and tweeter baffle can rotate 360 degrees for horizontal or vertical placement in cabinetry -- maintaining the proper sonic vertical alignment of the midrange and tweeter. The baffle can also be angled for more accurate imagining when the speaker is far off-axis. Made from ridged die-cast aluminum, the baffles' thermal mass provides tremendous heat dissipation for the midrange and tweeter.
Once installed, the BT1 speaker music and cinema speaker is designed to deliver years of stunning audio performance.
