Kodak VISION3 500T is a high-speed, tungsten-balanced movie film characterized by a fine grain structure, broad dynamic range, and the flexible nominal sensitivity of a 500-speed index. It has a wide exposure latitude with exceptional highlight control for working in a variety of lighting conditions, ranging from high-contrast outdoor lighting to mixed interior light situations. Advanced Dye Layering Technology (DLT) is also used to reduce the appearance of grain in the shadows for cleaner detailing and clarity. As part of the VISION3 series of movie films, this stock has high archival stability and is well suited to digital post-production processes.

Kodak VISION3 500T is a high-speed, tungsten-balanced movie film characterized by a fine grain structure, broad dynamic range, and the flexible nominal sensitivity of a 500-speed index. It has a wide exposure latitude with exceptional highlight control for working in a variety of lighting conditions, ranging from high-contrast outdoor lighting to mixed interior light situations. Advanced Dye Layering Technology (DLT) is also used to reduce the appearance of grain in the shadows for cleaner detailing and clarity. As part of the VISION3 series of movie films, this stock has high archival stability and is well suited to digital post-production processes.

Does this film work for the Minolta XL Sound 64? I don't care if it's silent m, just as long as it records picture. Thanks!

Although you would not have sound, yes, the Kodak VISION3 500T Color Negative Film #7219 (Super 8, 50' Roll) would be compatible for use with the Minolta XL Sound 64 camera.

The Kodak Brownie Movie camera is an 8mm, not a Super 8 camera and thus cannot take this film. The only film in the world available for your camera is this black and white film from the Czeck Republic. Foma Fomapan R100 Black and White Transparency Film (Double Standard 8mm, 32.8' Roll) B&H # FOR1002XS810.

You have a Sankyo (please note spelling) EM-30 XL. You can use 500 ISO tungsten film such as Kodak VISION3 500T Color Negative Film #7219 (Super 8, 50' Roll) You will have to get a light meter and manually set the f/stop because the internal light meter cannot handle 500 ISO. Make sure when in daylight to have the daylight/tungsten switch set to daylight and that indeed the orange #85 filter is in the light path. Set your meter to 320 ISO. Without the filter and in tungsten mode, set the meter to 500 ISO.

Will this film work in my Eastman Kodak Folding Hawkeye?

In theory, yes you could use this film but it would require a very complex rewinding process. Your best bet for a Kodak Hawkeye would be to get 120 film, possibly the KOP400120PP

Yes, the film will fit and run in your M6 Instamatic. However, There was no ISO 500 film being made when your camera was built, so your exposure meter and the automatic setting function of your camera will not know how to give you the proper exposure. Most likely your ilm could be over exposed by 1 or 2 f-stops. That said, this film has a very wide exposure latitude and will probably look fine. I assume you are going to have the film scanned, because you won't be able to project it (it's negative, not positive film). You (or your lab) will be able to correct any overexposure easily in the scanning process. So be confident it will work quite well.
