If you are adding to your studio's versatility by adding a cyclorama-type setup, then consider the Pro Cyc 4FS Freestanding System. This modular high-impact ABS plastic freestanding system eliminates the need for using or modifying an existing wall. Since it is free-standing, you can arrange for access behind the cyc for accent lighting, storage, passage, or grip work. The freestanding installation also allows for quick assembly.

As supplied, The Pro Cyc System 4FS may be assembled  to be 13 x 13 x 12' or 17 x 9 x 12'.  Additional modules may be ordered separately so you may tailor your cyc to perfectly suit your area and shooting requirements.

When assembled, the  System 4FS  is a diagonal stage in your studio space. The 90° corner is made up of two 45° corners placed together. The 45° corners have a 3'6" vertical, and a 5' horizontal radius, which reduces the parabolic sound reflection common in symmetrical corner cycloramas (symmetrical cycs have 90° corners).

Prepare the existing area, assemble the pre-drilled, pre-trimmed modules with the included hardware, cover the joints with your sheetrock tape and compound. Sand, then paint the surface any color you desire.

Cycloramas have been used for many years in the television and advertising industries to draw attention to a subject, rather than its background. When properly lit, a Cyc will eliminate the visual seam between a floor and wall behind your subject. This is essential for quickly adding a background later digitally.
