The Century Precision Optics 0HD-16TC-AG is a 1.6x telephoto converter lens for both the Panasonic AG-HPX170 and AG-HMC150 camcorders. The lens attaches directly to the zoom lens. The 1.6x HD teleconverter instantly shifts the focal length range in the telephoto direction without light loss. This converter lens also offers partial zoom-through capability, with vignetting occurring from the mid-point out to full wide angle.

Lens looks great but you need to get it on right, or you'll get some color aberrations. Also, no wide shots or the whole thing will look like looking through a peep hole. Nice effect, but not always desired. You'll have to stay within the end 50% of your zoom range to keep the vignetting away. Not a problem if you don't need the super wide shot or if you have camera 2 cover the wide shots....which is what I do.
For those who want extend the focal lenght of the Leica Dicomar lens that come with the Panasonic AG-HMC150, this is a very good option. The image quality it deliver, is almost the same as the original; expect some vignetting at short focal lenghts; the use of a tripod is mandatory.
