Can i connect one cd player to three amplifiers to be used one at a time only?
The Rolls SS32 Mini Route 3 will not allow you to select the amplifier that is active. All three outputs will be live. You can consider however the Hosa Technology SLW-333. Just make sure to get either some rca to phone cables, or adapters; B&H# HOHPR005X2, B&H# HOAPMRF.

Can I connect 2 amps ( 1 tube & 1 hifi ) to a pair of speakers. The tube amp only has RCA input and banana plugs out. The hifi has RCA input, RCA line output and banana plugs out.
Unfortunately you cannot. The SS32 Mini Route 3 is only made for one source with outs.
