I bought these PortaBrace stuff sacks to keep camera accessories organized in my camera bag. I have cables and mount for my 7 monitor in one, filters in one, and a few tools in the other. They really help keep things safe and organized inside my camera bag.
Must be inflation, units back 5 years, these were thicker. Still, good quality for protection for attachments, wiring, filter cases, batteries, etc. I won't be using these for lenses now, due to the reduction in materials.
I ended up purchasing several of these, mostly for my 7 on-camera field monitors, 7 LED light panels, and camera remote controllers. They have held up pretty well, but I don't abuse my gear, so everything still looks pretty brand new, including these protective bags. Zipper seems solid and durable, works smoothly. I wouldn't expect anything less from Porta Brace, although their customer service is abysmal these days. Never get a call back or a rely to an email.
needs to be thicker/more padding. the sacks are very thin. zipper isnt the best, it works but I imagine it failing rather quickly after several uses.
Nice padding and durable construction. Useful to protect and store delicate gear. Won't damage surrounding gear in bag.
I probably have about 20 of those now, I use them to protect all my accessories that came without case or pouch. I wish they had a bit more padding but they’re well made overall.
I purchased 4 CS-B9's to replace older versions of these sacks that had become very sticky to the touch. I can say comparing the CS-B 93-Pack to the single version CS-B9 I purchased separately that sacks are very, very different. While the single sack is an exact replacement of my older ones in terms of padding & quality, the 3 pack version is very thin with almost no padding, made very poorly - the label is sewn on crooked. The 3 pack honestly feels like a counterfeit product by comparison. Will be returning.
I know there are tons of pouches out there but these continue to do the job for years and years. To keep you organized just put a strip of gaff tape on each pouch and label what's in it.
