The Sunpak 620-746 Quick Release Plate is the plate that is originally supplied with the 723P & 723-PX tripods, and it is offered here as a replacement for a lost or damaged plate as well as for those users who would like a second plate for an additional camera, spotting scope, accessory, etc.
