Works but flaky connection

Just bought it to use on a Dell laptop. Card does not seem to lock into the PCI-e slot very well so it easily slips out of the slot or gets cocked to one side with the slightest pull. This is a real hassle because I then have to reboot my lapto several times to try to get it to work. When it works it does a fine job of digitizing my old VHS tapes.
Great product, easy to use!

Very easy to use, just go to the Matrox website download the specific driver for your operating system, plug and play.... it's working great on my computer... Mac Pro Quad 2.8GHZ.

question
I want to buy this so I can connect my MXO2 mini to my laptop. However, my new Asus ROG doesn't have a slot for this. What is the workaround? Are there any Expresscard to USB 3.0 adapters for this? Thanks!
Hi Clyde. There are no 3rd party adapters that can be used to connect MXO2 hardware to computer systems. The supported connection types are:1. Matrox PCIe card for PC/MAC systems with an available PCI-e slot2. Matrox Express/34 adapter for PC/MAC laptops with an available Express/34 or Express/54 slot3. Matrox T/ADP Thunderbolt adapter for any PC/MAC system with a Thunderbolt port. For driver support, see this link: http://forum.matrox.com/mxo/viewtopic.php?t=14381For any presales inquiries, please use the Contact Me form: http://www.matrox.com/video/en/contact/contact/
