Aquatica 18911 Overview

This Aquatica Dual Strobe Assembly can be used with recent Aquatica housings for Canon cameras. Included are 2 Nikonos Bulkheads that allow you to attach a strobe with a Nikonos 5-pin sync cord. Also included is 1 Canon Hot Shoe Assembly. This part plugs into a Canon camera's hot shoe.

All of these parts get connected through the Switchboard Circuit. The Switchboard Circuit has four 2 position switches. When the switches are in the lower position (default), the main connector will work in manual flash mode only. The secondary connector is used to add a second manuel strobe.

In order to use a Canon TTL converter or housed TTL compatible strobe you need to switch the main bulkhead to a 6-pin connector (#18918). You would then move all the switches to the upper position.

Compatible Housings
  • Canon 7D
  • Canon Digital Rebel T2i/ 550D
  • Canon 5D Mark II (not the original 5D)
