I consider myself a fairly skiller solderer but this took me 2 hours to get one connector on to my satisfaction. Wow. The connections are too close together, and the sleeve has so little tolerance that if you'er not extremely careful, you will get a shorted out ring and sleeve. This could be designed a lot better if some thought went into how to solder it together. These kind of blow, but once installed, look great and feel solid.
