The Bolide Technology Group BC1012/MRS consists of a button spy camera and a pocket-sized MPEG-4 recorder with a 2.5" LCD screen. This type of setup is perfect for law enforcement personnel during sting operations, when interviewing suspects or for any other application involving covert monitoring and recording. The recorder uses an SD card for storing images and has a USB port for uploading images to a PC. The built-in battery is good for 3.5 hour video playback and also supplies power to the camera. During quieter times you can use the recorder to enjoy your favorite MP3 music or MP4 movies.

With its ability to generate great looking video while maintaining small file sizes, MPEG-4 is particularly well suited as a compression medium for DVRs.
SD Card Slot
Video is stored to an optional SD memory flash card, up to 2GB in capacity, which goes right into the DVR. Because no moving parts are involved, continuous video recording is ensured even when the DVR is subjected to a certain amount of shock and vibration.

2.5" Color LCD Monitor
Recorded video can be viewed in high resolution right on the DVR's built-in 2.5" color LCD screen or on a large monitor by connecting the DVR to a TV via its A/V output ports.
USB 1.1 Port
Recorded material can also be viewed on a PC by connecting the DVR to the computer via its USB 1.1 port. This USB port also allows the DVR to be used as an external storage device for transferring files to and from a PC.
Audio Input
Although the camera does not feature a built-in microphone, the DVR has an A/V input and will record audio along with video.
Includes Battery Pack
Included in the package is a battery pack which supplies power to both the DVR and camera.
Time & Date Stamp
Recorded footage can be time and date stamped to preserve their legal integrity.
