It is a good solid bracket but much harder to install than PP740. The PP740 is just as flat but provides easier installation and many more useful viewing angles.

46 might be misleading...

This particular tilt mount is a no-frills, easy to set-up and hang mount for a decent price. I bought it because I was trying to save a little money since I was already spending a lot on the new TV! I knew that I might be pushing the limits of the mount because I was going to use it with my new 46 TV, but didn't do enough checking in to the specifications to figure out whether it would work. When I received the mount and the TV at the same time, I immediately went to work putting the mount on the wall. Once it was on the wall, I then went to attach the brackets onto the TV only to find that they couldn't accommodate the distance between the mounting holes on my TV. I went back and tried to look at the specifications for the VESA compliance and I had difficulty finding them. So, my advice: this is a quality mount that comes with all the hardware you need to mount your TV. I would definitely recommend it, with one major caveat: make sure it fits your TV first! I think that if you were in the 32 range of a TV, it would fit no problem. Unfortunately, if you are on the higher end of the scale it may be able to hold the weight of your TV (easily, in fact) but if the brackets don't fit, you're out of luck!
