But the HT-BD3252 is so much more than a Blu ray and DVD player. Do you have a Netflix account? Stop waiting for the mailman and stream movies right to your HDTV. You can also enjoy your own customized music channels with the free online Pandora service. Both require a high speed Internet connection. Don't worry about running a wire from your Internet modem or router to the HT-BD3252 though. It's WiFi ready, right out of the box. With your Internet connection you'll also be able to enjoy the interactive content of BD-Live discs and you can access firmware upgrades to your system.

Your audio options extend to two of the most respected names in audio optimizaion: Dolby and DTS. The HT BD3252 can play music and movies encoded in Dolby Digital, Dolby Pro Logic II, Dolby Digital Plus, and Dolby TrueHD. It can also utlize DTS, DTS-HD and DTS-HD MA Essential.

Wireless Rear Speakers
Surround Sound is an entertainment experience like no other, but it usually entails running (and hiding) cables from your receiver/player to the rear of the room. With the HT-BD3252T it's much easier. The wireless receiver module plugs into a wall socket at the back of the room, and the left and right rear speakers plug into it. A lot less work and a lot less wire.
Automatic Sound Calibration
Each listening environment is different. Curtains vs bare walls, hardwood floors vs carpeting—all affect the way sound is absorbed and reflected. With ASC a brief sound sample measured with the included microphone customizes the sound to your surroundings.
BD Live
