Bushnell 7x36 Excursion EX Birding Series Binocular

The Bushnell 7x36 Excursion EX Birding Series Binocular is a relatively small, light unit with a comfortable 5mm+ exit pupil diameter which gives good results in any illumination a birder would use.  This is the "open bridge" design more and more favored today, with the space between the objectives allowing a hand wrapped around the tube to further stabilize the viewing.  The Excursion EX has some nice modern touches such as a focus lock function, a quick release neck strap, and a soft-touch thumb pad underneath the binocular.
