Apply the Tiffen Soft/FX Filter to purposely reduce the appearance of blemishes and wrinkles in portraits or to apply a general soft-focus effect while maintaining overall sharpness. An array of small lenses distributed within the surface of this filter smooths fine lines and textures, which can be useful for creating a more flattering result of a subject. This filter is constructed from 4mm-thick optical glass for clarity as well as color fidelity and includes a padded pouch included for storage and transport.

Tiffen Soft FX Reviews
Good As Intended Completing Options
I Have A Tiffen 67mm Soft/FX 3 Filter From The 1990s. Was Good To Ease The Harsh Sharpness Of Hasselblad Lenses Used For Portraits On Analog Film As Well As Making 'dreamy Glamorous Beauty' Effect For Some Styles Of Photos. Made Studio Strobe Wedding Portraits Look Nice Especially Of Females. Todays Digital Mirrorless Sensors And Lenses Are Extremely Sharp And Sterile Showing Details Which May Not Be Flattering In Portraits. Grade 3 Maybe Too Dreamy For Corporate Portraits Particularly Males, Having Grade 1 Can Have Flattering Effects Option With Less Glamor Intensity. It's Still Good At Overall Lessening Digital Sharpness Harshness. Having This Lower Strength Grade Completes My Shooting Set Options.
Great filter
It perfect.. gives a nice look. I think the soft/fx1 would be better (only because the highlights bloom alot with this) but this is a way to go to soften your footage/image.
