MyStudio MS32CYC Overview

Shoot beautiful still-life photos with the white, two-piece MS32CYC2 Seamless Tabletop Background Sweep Set from MyStudio. The set consists of right and left pieces that may be used separately or positioned together to create a 64" wide background. The smooth surface is made of durable ABS plastic and is easy to clean. When placed together, there will be a thin visible seam. However, this can be partially hidden with careful product positioning.

No hard shadows. Soft disappearing horizon line puts emphasis on your subject.
Durable, washable ABS plastic. Clean stains with 400 grit wet-dry sandpaper.
Cycs can be separated and stood individually on their 32 inch sides for taller objects.

It will get the job done but it is very flimsy for the price. It will work until you accidentally break it...

I bought this for both video and still product photos, mainly for doing shoes. I can't use it for video as I have too many hotspots in the curves of the cyclorama. �so I am better off using my biggest soft box as the background pushed up against some foam board for the video work. �For stills it probably saves me 2-3 minutes if I am just doing shoots for 1 product. �Saves me 10 minutes in set up, but costs me 7 or 8 in post to get the background perfect for the 5 photos I need of each product. If it were just a little less reflective it probably would be better.

What version of these would be best for people to stand on? And be used as a backdrop for cosplay photography?

These are table top sized and not suitable for human sized photos.

Received my tabletop product has worked great, what cleaning solution would work best on it?

Look into using SoftScrub for regular cleaning and maintenance of the seamless white background. For tougher marks and scuffs, you can use fine grit sandpaper. We recommend 400, but anything above 220 grit which can all easily be found at your local hardware store.

There is not a chroma key version, but you can paint the background with a chroma key green paint.

Would it work if you ordered two of these items, and combined them side by side to make a version twice as big?

Using two of the MyStudio MS32CYC Seamless Tabletop Background Sweep Cyclorama, BH #MYMS32C, combined may still show a line where joined and not be seamless.
