I use these bulbs in my own viewing booth. I have trouble finding in my area. The color is very good daylight and I have no problems using this bulb to examine color prints very accurate and price is good. I also usse to shoot small products color is good.

Will this lamp work in a fixture with a magnetic ...

Will this lamp work in a fixture with a magnetic ballast and a hold to start switch?

I contacted MyStudio with this question. Sean at MyStudio was great. He said he thought it would work and said I could order it and if it didn't I could return it. I am using it right now in a 50+ year old fluorescent gooseneck lamp with magnetic ballasts and hold to start button switch. Great for assessing prints.

Is this a standard 15W bulb that can be used for other light boxes? I'm looking for replacement 18 daylight balanced fluorescent bulbs for an older Light Impressions Spectrum 5000 light box.

This lamp could be used in other light boxes as long as it uses the same type of lamp base.
