How do I attach a camera to this stand?

That is a light stand and is not recommended to be used as a tripod. To support a camera it is best to use a tripod. Is this aluminum stand sturdy enough to mount an Aputure 600 series? Specs say it would hold the weight but curious if it would be awkward/wobbly at all?
