The Pelco RB24 can be used to extend the operating distance between a controller and the pan/tilt unit or scanner device. When used with 16 AWG or equivalent cable types, this relay box supports an operating distance of up to 13,000' (3,692 m) with no degradation in performance. This relay box can also be regarded as a cost saving measure, as it allows the use of smaller gauge wire, which are generally less expensive.

Clearly Marked Connections
Clearly marked terminal block connections make installation easy, even for inexperienced installers. The terminal block is accessed through adjustable weatherproof cable glands and will accept either stripped wire or lugs - no special connectors are required.

This unit can be mounted to a pole by using the optional PA9000 pole mount adapter in combination with the PA102 pole mount.
