The CobraCrane 5237 is the Tracking Dolly without track. It operates on 19.5" dolly tracks with 2" PVC, sold separately, and it provides a stable platform for a tripod with the CobraCrane attached.
It runs on six skateboard wheel offset at 90°. It offers easy set up and breakdown.
