ZEISS 529113-0000-000 Overview

Made of soft neoprene with a wide cut and supremely-cushioning air cell padding, the ZEISS Air Cell Comfort Strap is available as an optional upgrade for use upon all ZEISS binoculars 30mm and larger, as well as many other makers' binoculars.

The Air Cell Comfort strap is slightly contoured to better fit around the neck, but can also be used upon a shoulder, and is a significant upgrade to the standard neoprene strap supplied with today's ZEISS binoculars.

A built-in quick release allows the main body of the strap to disconnect from the webbed portion, so that you can use it as a hand strap in a pinch.

A great neck strap!

This has always been the best neck strap, happy that I can still get replacements. The last one lasted about 10 years. What finally wears out are the small air cells. It's very good in hot, humid weather. Just lift it off your neck and wave it in the air, then put it back on! Feels so good!

Great Strap For Binoculars Or heavy Cameras

I first bought one of these used to go with a heavy pair of Zeiss binoculars. When I got it I was amazed how comfortable it was, and I liked being able to attach or detach it by its quick release clips. I reasoned that it would work perfectly with heavy cameras that I often used with large telephoto lenses. Such lenses have their own straps that attach directly to the lens and better balance the combined load than can a camera strap. Having both kinds of straps on the same rig is at least one strap too many, sometimes causing problems caching up on things. With a camera strap like this I could detach the strap when using such a lens and reattach it when I switched to a lens without it own strap. I tried using the Zeiss that way and liked it so much that I ended up buying more of them new to allow me to use them with both my binoculars and my two heaviest DSLRs. (I also bought some Tamron camera straps with similar, but smaller, quick release clips for use with others of my DSLRs which are not so heavy.) Such a combination is both more comfortable and more practical than any of the Canon lens straps that were previously attached to my DLRs.

The ZEISS Air Cell Comfort Strap dimensions are explained below: The padded shoulder strap is 16.5 x 2.1". You can expand the strap between 38-53".
