Polecam 20' Kit with V-Lock Mount provides you with a camera crane setup that is lightweight, easy to assemble, and does not require a lot of space in which to operate. The main support pole is made of carbon fiber and can be extended from 4 to 26' (1.2 to 8.5 m) in 4' (1.2 m) sections.
At the camera end of the pole is a joystick controlled motorized pan/tilt head which supports 1000° of horizontal rotation, translating into 3 full turns, as well as 280° of vertical rotation for versatile POV angles. Micro motors on the pan/tilt head ensure smooth and accurate movements without the problems of backlash.
Polecam comes with a high resolution 7" color monitor which provides you with a clear picture of what the camera is seeing at the other end of the pole. Built into the monitor is a waveform function so you can see at a glance whether exposure levels are set correctly.
Support for a harness and tripod mounts give you the option of wearing the Polecam rig on your person or mounting it sturdily on a stand. Polecam's interface unit provides you with centralized connection and control for quicker setup. Switching between harness and tripod mounting can be done quickly and easily. The Polecam includes a power supply and soft covers. Optional SKB hard flight cases are available (PE009).
