question
Are these air?
Unfortunately, these stands are not air cushioned. An alternative for an air-cushioned stand in a similar height is the Impact Air-cushioned Light Stand (Black, 8') B&H # IMLS8A. Please see the image below for reference.

Is this compatible with the B10?
Yes, the Profoto Compact Light Stand for D1/B1 (8') works with the Profoto B10. But if you are using a large softbox, it is best to use a sand bag on the bottom of the stand.

What is the weight capacity?
10lbs. If you're worries about weight capacity it may be in your better interests to buy a sturdier stand.

question
Will this stand hold a profoto B1 light and a Mola Demi Dish? What is a good stand for on location shooting that is light enough but stable enough to hold this set-up?
It will hold the weight, but I throw a 5 lb. sandbag or two on their as a counterbalance, just so no one knocks it over, as it is ultra-lightweight. It's probably better for the studio or a controlled environment.

question
will any stand or head work with the profit b2?
It work for b2 indoor only. But I don't recommend it for outdoor. It's not strong enough. And the price is higher than other products in the same quality
