No, it is not. The flashtube for the Profoto B2 Off-Camera Flash Head is not end-user replaceable. As such, for assistance, you would need to send the strobe head to Profoto for service to replace the flashtube. Profoto states that their new service process requires you to register your product within your My Profoto account, My Profoto login at the link included below. Once registered, please start a service claim and follow the steps shown. Youll be contacted by a service station with further instructions.https://bit.ly/2HmLQml
