It is capable of receiving XM Satellite radio signals, which offers superior digital audio of over 150 channels in 5.1-ch surround sound. Choose from a variety of commercial-free music, premier sports, news, talk radio, comedy, children's and entertainment programming. To listen to XM radio programming, you would need the (optional) docking adapter and activation of (optional) XM service.
HD Radio
HD Radio, the only digital broadcast system in America approved by the FCC, offers you crystal-clear, CD-quality sound via existing FM radio bands, and FM-quality sound via existing AM channels.
Audyssey Dynamic EQ and Spatial EQ
For enhanced room acoustics, Audyssey Dynamic EQ and Spatial EQ technologies are included with this unit. When the output volume is adjusted, the S-52 selects the best possible frequency response and surround sound levels with minimal audio distortion.
Audyssey Bass-XT
