A Pelco CM9760 Matrix is a full-featured video matrix switching control system, offering the best solution for security installations needing to manage the viewing and control of a large number of Pelco analog CCTV cameras. Essentially, the CM9760 Matrix is made up of two key components - a computer that does all the processing and a switching bay where all the physical connections take place. When fully configured, the CM9760 Matrix can be used by as many as 100 operators to view and control up to 2048 cameras and 512 monitors. This can be further expanded by connecting individual Matrix systems (Nodes) to each other (up to 24).

All system components ship pre-tested and pre-packaged from Pelco. A Windows-based GUI offers easy system programming and maintenance, while logical camera selection provides quick camera searching based on a camera's name rather than on an obscure number. Macro technology is the key behind the system's ability to activate PTZ tours and other external devices based on a schedule or following an alarm alert.
